Boutique tech recruitment firms and independent search consultants who live inside their candidate database and their inbox — and want an AI that actually knows both.
How does invite access work?+
We onboard firms in small cohorts. Email team@fortunize.io to be added to the next intake. Once you're in, sign in with your work Google account.
Where does my data live?+
In a managed cloud database, scoped to your account with row-level security. Your candidates, clients and conversations are never visible to other accounts.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. Email team@fortunize.io for a full export. Deletion requests are actioned within 14 days.
Does PaceTalent read my inbox?+
No. Gmail is connected via OAuth with a send-only scope when you draft outreach. Nothing in your inbox is read or ingested.
How is match scoring done — and why does the score not change?+
Match reports are generated by an LLM with temperature = 0 and a hash of the JD, candidate profile and scoring version. Same inputs produce the same hash, which lets us cache the report. That's why the number in the PDF, the AI Match page and your shortlist is always identical.
What does it cost?+

GDPR — how are candidate records handled?+
Candidate data lives under your account, is scoped by RLS, and can be exported or deleted on request. You act as data controller for candidate records; we act as processor. A DPA is available for firms that need one.
